David Palmer, Ph.D., P.Geo. President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
	Prior to joining Probe in 2003, Dr. David Palmer spent fifteen years as an Exploration Geologist and Consultant to the Canadian and international mining industry. He has managed projects and conducted research for major international mining companies in South America, South Africa, India, Greenland and Scandinavia, as well as working extensively throughout Canada. His work has covered a broad range of mineral commodities, including gold, base metals, diamonds, platinum group metals, and copper/nickel deposits. David holds a B.Sc. (Geology) degree from St. Francis Xavier University, M.Sc. and Ph.D. (Economic Geology) degrees from McGill University, and is a member of the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. He has published scientific papers in journals such as Economic Geology and Chemical Geology. David Palmer, Ph.D., P.Geo. is the Company's Qualified Person as defined under National Instrument 43-101.


Yves Dessureault, P.Eng., M.Sc.A., Ph.D., MBA Chief Operating Officer
	Mr. Dessureault brings over 25 years of international mining experience in operations, consulting and engineering with a focus in the last 15 years on project evaluation, development and execution. Mr. Dessureault previously held leadership positions with Rio Tinto PLC and Hatch Ltd., and more recently was a partner at BBA Inc. where he was leading their Toronto operations. At BBA and Hatch, he was responsible for managing engineering projects, especially in the area of project development or feasibility studies for mining clients including Rio Tinto PLC, Sherwood Copper Corp., Teck Resources Limited and Potash Corp. Since 2012, he has been the main consultant to Probe and been part of the Borden Gold project development. For 10 years at Rio Tinto, Mr. Dessureault held several operational roles including the Project Director for a C$600 million project. Throughout his career, he has managed development of greenfield and brownfield projects valued between C$110 million and C$1,200 million, and covered many commodities including gold. Mr. Dessureault is a Professional Engineer, he holds a B.Eng., M.Sc.A. and Ph.D. from École Polytechnique of Montréal and an MBA from HEC Montreal.


Patrick Langlois, MBA, CFA Vice President, Corporate Development
	Mr. Langlois brings 15 years of corporate development, venture capital and investment banking experience to Probe. He brings an extensive investment banking background, with a focus on the mining sector, including past roles such as Director of Investment Banking at Stonecap Securities and Managing Director of Investment Banking at Laurentian Bank Securities. During this time, Mr. Langlois advised senior management teams on numerous mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He has successfully conducted over 100 transactions of corporate and project financings, directly raising in excess of $2.0 billion. Mr. Langlois is a CFA Charterholder who holds a bachelor in commerce (Finance) and an MBA from Universite de Sherbrooke.


Carmelo Marrelli, B. Comm, CA, CGA, ACIS Chief Financial Officer
	A Chartered Accountant and Certified General Accountant, Carmelo Marrelli is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He has experience in auditing and investment accounting, and as principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc., he directs and oversees the accounting function for the Group and its clients. Carmelo is also the Chief Financial Officer of several other public junior mining companies.


Karen Willoughby Director Corporate Communications
	A member of the Probe team since 2006, Ms Willoughby brings over 15 years of capital markets and investor relations/corporate communications experience to the Company. With expertise in U.S. and Canadian listed companies, she utilizes highly developed industry best disclosure practices and is focused on the development/implementation/management of Probe's IR/Corporate Communications strategies.


Jannet Sui Director Corporate Affairs
	Ms. Sui holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Specialized Economics from York University. She joined Probe in 2012 and is involved with strategic business development, corporate leadership, marketing, investor relations, corporate finance and human resources in the Company. She is also specifically focused on all of Probe's daily business activities as well as the management and staff of the Company.
