He has managed projects and conducted research for major international mining companies in South America, South Africa, India, Greenland and Scandinavia, as well as working extensively throughout Canada. He has published in journals such as Economic Geology and Chemical Geology. He is well qualified to lead Probe Mines on its mission to build a viable and successful exploration and mining company.

Harry J. Hodge, P.Eng., Probe Mines' past president, remains on the Board and will continue to provide his knowledge and experience to the Company.

Probe Mines is a newly reorganized, publicly traded, exploration company with a long history in the minerals industry and is currently generating and acquiring gold and base metal projects in Canada. The most recent acquisition is the 100% owned Bristol gold property in the Timmins Mining Camp (Press Release 2003-07) situated between the Holmer Gold deposit and Tom Exploration's recent gold discovery.

Probe Mines is seen as a dynamic exploration company with the technical expertise and financial resources needed to build a successful mining company for its shareholders. Probe Mines' management is poised to take advantage of the many opportunities available in the current resurgent mining industry and looks forward to an active and exciting future.
