The directors of Probe Mines Limited are initiating regular and open communication with shareholders and other investors. This newsletter represents the first of a series of information updates on the company's progress on its exploration activities and other information pertaining to corporate development and affairs. Currently the company's activities are focused on two primary projects, Norway Lake and Greenlaw, both recently acquired by Probe.

Probe Mines is an emerging and aggressive mineral exploration and development company with a number of base and precious metal projects in Canada. These projects are considered to be highly prospective for economic ore deposits. Probe's experienced management's strength is its ability to recognize high quality projects and to explore them with technical and cost-effective expertise.

Norway Lake: Atikokan area, Northern Ontario
Primarily focused on newly discovered high grade VMS style zinc-lead-copper-silver-gold mineralization, coincident with a 500-meter long IP anomaly. Also, several parallel anomalies are to be tested. The first phase of drilling has just been completed and the assays are expected shortly.

Greenlaw Property: Chapleau area, Northern Ontario
Located in a prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt with numerous untested EM targets, several with ore grade VMS copper-lead-zinc-gold-silver mineralization (Kidd Creek-Noranda type). The first phase of drilling is to commence within the next two months.
